- How far ahead should I make my spa appointment?
- In
order to guarantee the availability of your preferred time and service,
we suggest making your appointments 1 to 2 weeks in advance for
individual services and beauty packages. Wedding parties should make
reservations 5 to 6 weeks in advance.
- How much prior to the appointment should I arrive?
- 15 to 20 minutes.
- How long should I allot for each service?
- The length of treatment time will vary from service to service with 30 - 50 minutes being the average range.
- Should I wear special clothing to the spa?
- Your
every day wear will do just fine. We encourage you to bring a bathing
suit or bikini / thong undergarment for bodywraps. Please wear dark
hues as mud may stain your clothing.
- Should I tip the spa technician upon completion of service?
- Services do not include gratuity. Gratuity is at your discretion. The average is 15 - 20%.
- Are refreshments available at the spa?
- Yes.
A variety of beverages and refreshments are complementary. Lunch is
provided for Day of Beauty package recipients and wedding parties.
