Such a great find!! I can't wait to go back!!: I can was so excited to get a day at the spa! I have 3 small children and really needed the break. I was so impressed with how friendly the staff was and they gave great service . The front desk waited on me hand and foot, offering beverages and snacks. The massage therepist was so imformative and kind, I had never had a massage before so I was a little nervous but she made me feel at ease. I had my hair done by the owner and she gave me a new look that was very natural, she spent time to talk to me and listened to what I wanted . I needed something easy to maintain and the color & highlights were awesome--sooo shiney. The cut was great and she even took the time to showed me how to style it. felt like a new woman!! My husband loved it even more and didn't mind if I spent a little extra!! Now that's a first!! I also liked how clean the facility was, I was surprised to find they had been there for 8 yrs and yet it looks new. The decor was relaxing as well, I especially like the aromas and the candles, music and little waterfalls-it wa like a little escape , a sancuary. Definitely would recommend this to everyone.

Service Goes Along Way: Customer Service goes a long way and that's what we got ! Great customer service. I have been to other spas and I have to tell you this was the best experience ever. From the momment we entered it was impecable customer service ..every single employee was polite , friendly helpful and knew what they were doing..we made sure to tell the owner before we left. She has done a great job in training her staff. You can tell that every one loves what they do and loves where they work.

My Mom and I had a Great time!: My mom has been here a few times and I went with her yesterday. I was very pleased..all too often you don't hear about good experiences ..all too often some people only have negative issues. I found a new staff at the front desk and was very impressed with the patience of the rest of the staff. I observed great team work here. This is definitly the place to go for calmness. The facility was also very clean , staff was proffessional and very down to earth. Even though the new girl was training the other newer girl at the front desk they were always smiling and offering beverages and snacks and they offered us lunch but we choose to take a gift basket..it was just ... very pleasant ! Now, I know why my mom keeps asking for these gift certificates. And they had the best prices as well...good service , great prices. I will or should I say we will surely return again.

I found this to be a very pleasant experience.: I was given a gift certificate for Christmas and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was so friendly and attentative. Truly a great find -had no idea they had been there for 7 yrs.
